1:What is a design platform? eTAKI.net
design platform is a web-site in which various handmade jewelry and
accessories are exhibited and sold. At the moment, we can be reached
via two internet addresses http://www.etaki.net and http://www.taki.gen.tr.
These jewelry are designed by amateur and professional jewelry
designers using distinguished material like bead, polymer clay,
semi-precious and precious metals and gems.
2:Is subscription free? Subscription to eTAKI.net is easy and free! Anybody over 18 can become a member and shop in our site. Please follow My Account
link at the top right corner to sign-up. After filling in a short form,
an e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address you have provided. By
confirming this e-mail you can easily activate your membership.
3:What are the advantages of subscription?
When you subscribe to our site, you will be able to keep your cart
contents for further sessions and to review the products. Besides, you
won't need to spend time to provide your address details in case you
place an order. Our members also receive a newsletter if they prefer,
in which recent updates and promotions are announced. You can also
sign-up to our newsletter without becoming a member.
4:Can I shop without being subscribed? In
order to shop, you should have an account. As a visitor you can add
items to your shopping cart, when you login to the site, the contents
of this cart will automatically be transferred to the member cart.
5:I forgot my password, what should I do?
Please follow the My account
link to access to the login page. There, you will be directed by a link
to a new page in which you can provide your e-mail address. Please
fill-in the e-mail address you have provided for membership, your
password then will automatically be sent to your e-mail account.
6:The e-mail adress I'd provided is no longer valid. How can I edit my subscription? Please send us an e-mail todestek@etaki.net and inform us of your new e-mail address. We can manually make the necessary changes.
7:How can I find what I'm looking for?
You can use the categories links to find items easily. You can also use the Quick Find box on the left to search with a keyword. The Advanced Search
option provides the opportunity to search the whole site including the
explanation fields of the items and makes it easier for you to find an
exact match. You can also use the Designers link to see the products of
a specific designer without surfing through the whole site.
8:Is tax included in the prices? Tax is calculated and added to the order in the order confirmation page. Unfortunately tax-free shopping is not possible.
9:Can I edit cart contents? You can edit your cart contents by clicking the Remove box and then hitting the Update
link.
Before giving a final confirmation to your order, you can edit the cart
contents by following the Edit link on the confirmation page.
10:Do you have all the products in stock?
Most of the products exhibited in our site is prepared upon request.
The categories are frequently edited in co-operaton with our member
designers. Some material used in the item you ordered may be
out-of-stock in the markets or it may take some additional time than
required, to place your order in cargo service. In such cases, our
Customer Service will contact you to provide the recent information
about your order and ask your opinion about a similar design produced
with different colored-style material or an alternative delivery
option.
11:How can I pay? We accept
payments via bank transfer and PayPal. In case you chose to pay with
bank transfer, the account numbers will be visible on the order
confirmation page. Immediately after the necessary amount is
transferred, your order will be sent to cargo service. In case you
chose to pay via PayPal, you will have two options. You can either pay
with your credit card or use the deposited amount in your PayPal
account. In PayPal you will be able to pay in euros. On the receipt,
our name will appear as PayPal/etaki.net GURCIM TIC. In some cases the
receipt may not accompany the delivery, please contact us in case you
did not receive a receipt a week after your delivery.
12:Is it a safe site to shop? PayPal
is a worldwide money transfer service which provides 128-bit encyripted
security. When you chose to pay via PayPal your creditcard details are
not viewed by us or stored in our databases, all the data is processed
in the secure site of PayPal.
13:How can I order a gift? If you
want to order a gift item, please be sure to provide two different
addresses as receipt address and delivery address. You can also write a
note in the Add comments about your order box on the order confirmation page, in case you want a note to accompany the gift.
14:How long does it take to receive the delivery? "Upon
the placement of your order, eTAKI.net contacts the designer and gets
the relevant information on the probable delivery date. Under normal
circumstances, orders within Turkey are delivered in 2-5 work days.
International deliveries take 7-15 work days. For a gift order to
arrive at its destination on a specific date, please use the Add comments about your order box to provide the necessary details.
15:What are the return and warranty conditions? Please
unpack and control the delivery in accompany of the delivery personnel.
In case of any visible damage on the package, do not accept the
delivery. In such a case, our customers should sign the shipment record
accordingly and within two days time send an information e-mail to agora@eTAKI.net.
In case the customer accepts the delivery, the cargo service is assumed
to accomplish its responsibilities. If the item arrives damaged as a
result of our error, it will be replaced with a new one in case it is
returned in its original package and in accordance to the policy. You
may return any undamaged item within 7 days of delivery. The receipt of
the returned items should also be sent to eTAKI.net. The return
shipping cost is to be covered by the customer.

16:How can I become a member designer?
eTAKI.net is founded to provide a space for jewelry designers to
exhibit and sell their work. We accept applications from jewelry
designers who want their products to be placed on the eTAKI.net
website. We request at least 3 high-quality digital photographs to be sent to the e-mail address tasarimci@etaki.net
with the name and e-mail address of the applicant. You can take the
photographs available in the website as exemplary images while taking
the photos of your products.
